ALIEN FUEL AFRICA -A GAME CHANGER IN THE GREEN ENERGY INDUSTRY

BEST SOURCE OF CLEAN ENERGY FOR INDUSTRIAL BOILERS

Alien Fuel Pellets Made from invasive alien vegetation

By Takesure Matewa

Alien Fuel Group is taking  climate change head-on through its innovation-A real game-changer in the clean and carbon-neutral energy innovation technology

Alien Fuel Production Plant in Worcester, Western Cape South Africa

The company aims to contribute to reducing carbon footprint whilst clearing alien invasive vegetation species and creating much-needed employment in South Africa.

The 2021 European Union Climate 360 award winner in the Sustainable Energy category, Alien Fuel Africa prides itself in making carbon-neutral energy-producing fuel briquettes from plants that are considered alien and invasive in South Africa.

Those carbon-neutral briquettes are used in the manufacturing industry for heating purposes making them a very clean, sustainable but efficient alternative of energy to their traditional competitors like coal, diesel, paraffin, and Liquified Petroleum Gas (LPG).

Alien fuel also has the lowest cost per ton of steam making it a very efficient and affordable fuel available on the market.

Alien Fuels has the lowest (cost per ton of steam) as compared to other fuels

This is very good for biodiversity as it creates an ecological balance within our forests.

Invasive vegetation by nature grows much randomly and quicker than other plants and needs to be cleared regularly in line with most countries' Environmental and Agricultural Legislation.

This is where Alien Fuel Africa comes in with their technology and makes good use of all that cleared vegetation by using it to make alien fuel pellets /briquettes which are high in energy.

Alien Fuel Group has as part of their unique formula incorporated their own privately developed state-of-the-art PLC driven biomass burner  into the overall operation

The Biomass Burner is manufactured by Alien Fuel Group inhouse engineers and technicians and can be easily retrofitted to an existing fossil fuel boiler/ burner combination

This system converts a solid biomass fuel into highly efficient and low emission energy thereby minimizing the amount of CO2 emissions into the atmosphere by a significant percentage as compared to its competitors.
